RACLAN Box II

The active RACLAN Box was developed for the safe charging and storage of lithium-ion batteries up to 1.75 kWh. It has been tested on the basis of TÜV Nord guideline.

The RACLAN Box autonomously monitors the charging and storage process of lithium-ion batteries. If the integrated thermal sensor detects a temperature increase, the system triggers an acoustic alarm and disconnects the external power supply. The integrated cooling system (5-litre capacity) sprays an environmentally friendly liquid over the burning battery. This cools the battery cells so much that the chain reaction is stopped and reignition is prevented. In addition, toxic substances, especially hydrofluoric acid (HF), are absorbed by the exhaust filter system and do not escape into the environment.

RACLAN boxes feature their own six-month emergency power supply, a visual function check, and are stackable. Their low weight of less than 25 kg makes them suitable for mobile use.

RACLAN Square Box

The active RACLAN Square Box was developed for the safe charging and storage of lithium-ion batteries up to 3.5 kWh. It has been tested on the basis of TÜV Nord guideline.

The box features an integrated cooling system with 10 litres of environmentally friendly fluid. The multi-filter exhaust management system absorbs toxic substances, especially hydrofluoric acid (HF) and VOCs. The boxes feature an acoustic alarm function, visual function control, and emergency power supply for three months.

RACLAN Square Boxes are made of a fire-resistant and explosion-proof high-tech composite and are stackable. The boxes are approved for permanent use on ships and outdoor applications.

RACLAN Square Marine Box

RACLAN Square Marine Boxes are designed for mobile use on yachts. They can safely charge and store Watertoys lithium-ion batteries up to 3.5 kWh. It has been tested on the basis of TÜV Nord guideline.

RACLAN Square DefPro Box

RACLAN Square DefPro Boxes are designed to safely charge and store lithium-ion batteries under harsh conditions. This ensures that critical equipment such as night vision devices, radios, drones, and sights is protected from environmental damage and that the camp and soldiers are protected from the potential consequences of battery thermal runaway.

RAMBSS

The Raclan Maritime Battery Safety System (RAMBSS) is a modular solution for the safe charging and storage of all lithium-ion batteries from Watertoys, including chargers, as well as Seabobs with permanently integrated batteries on board yachts.

RAMBSS modules are certified by the Research Institute of Sweden RISE and have received Lloyd's Register Type Approval, thus meeting MGN 681 Guidance. The fire protection insert is SOLAS and IMO certified.
